POSITION I: SALES AND CLIENT SERVICE EXECUTIVE:
Fraud Sniffr is an industry leader in OSINT, Desktop and Social Media investigations. Our capabilities include proprietary software for data storage and sharing with clients, and boots on the ground investigators in every state.
As a growing company, we are looking for a sales and client service executive to cultivate leads into orders through phone calls, sales automation and direct communication with customers during client service opportunities.
The successful candidate will be someone familiar with Workers Comp and Liability defense – either a paralegal, former claims professional or WC specialist.
The successful candidate will have the following qualifications/attributes:
- Familiar with Workers Comp and Liability defense
- Paralegals, former claims professionals or WC specialists are encouraged to apply
- Fearless on the phone, ready to call prospects at any time during the day
- Faithful in documenting conversations in our sales automation platform (HubSpot).
- Thorough knowledge of using LinkedIn and willingness to share content on their profile is required.

POSITION II: ENTRY LEVEL SOCIAL MEDIA INVESTIGATOR:
Fraud Sniffr is an information company that helps attorneys and insurance companies identify customers of theirs who have current financial matter under dispute. A Social Media Investigator (Sniffr, for short) is trained to locate these customers online using general online search practices, including Boolean search, public government databases, and other tactics that are a combination of linguistics and technology.
The Sniffr will be provided starter information and trained to use this information to locate and confirm the identity of the person of interest online. During the course of a day, the Sniffr will complete at least four and up to seven complete searches. Detail and accuracy is more important than speed in this job, although a certain level of efficiency is required.

The successful candidate will have the following qualifications/attributes:
- Positive, can-do attitude and strong work ethic.
- English, criminal justice, research, music or humanities degree with excellent spelling, grammar and punctuation skills.
- Computer skills including Word, CSV, Excel, PDF, PDF Editing, Database management, content management.
- Willingness to look at content of all kinds, some of which may be disturbing in nature
- Ability to work from home, including a dedicated work space within your home and high speed Internet access.

POSITION III: CLIENT RELATIONS AND REPORTING
The Client Relations Associate (CRA) will be provided starter information and trained to use this information to locate and confirm the identity of the person of interest in third party reporting systems. During the course of a day, the CRA will complete at least five and up to ten processed reports. Detail and accuracy is more important than speed in this job, although a certain level of efficiency is required.
This position is a PERMANENT work-from-home opportunity.

- Ability to navigate several different databases,
- Compile accurate reports,
- Organize information from online sources,
- Pay close attention to details,
