Social Media with FS [Observr] Software

Our industry leading online investigation platform [Observr] provides results about claimants from around the entire Web. We are not limited to social media venues of a particular type, we find as much relevant content as possible from a wide variety of sources. All content discovered about the claimant is stored in the [Observr] secure data repository and sorted in chronological order for “one click” download into a court-ready report.

Medical Canvass

Our Medical Canvass service checks to see if medical records exist for your claimant that you may not be aware of. We canvass over 50 facilities with humans conducting the phone calls. Customize the locations we contact with instructions to contact specialty doctors, chiropractors, gyms/health clubs, pharmacies and anything else you can think of. We also honor exclusions, so if a specific facility is already known to have treated the claimant, we won’t call that facility for records.

All results are loaded into your [Observr] account and emailed to you in a convenient PDF report with full contact information for all treating facilities and all facilities contacted in about 48 hours.

Facility Records Retrieval

Our medical records team will retrieve records that were discovered during medical canvass or that you have knowledge of from other sources. All we need is a signed HIPAA release and we will get started. If records are not able to be retrieved, the charge is reduced per facility to $100.

Retrieval takes anywhere from a few days to six weeks, depending on the facility we contact. Documents will be sent by PDF or by disk for X-rays and other sensitive documents.

RECON DATA – Digital Location Analysis (No release needed)

We are now able to locate digital device signals and overlay the lat/long coordinates onto a map to disclose where people have been and at what time and date without needing a disclosure request from the device owner. We deliver all data in an easy-to-understand mapped report.

hour – Physical Surveillance (sold in 8-hour increments)

We partner with licensed, bonded, insured professional investigation firms nationwide to provide physical surveillance coverage in all areas of the country. License information is available from any of our investigators upon request. Surveillance is ordered in increments of 8 hours, however you can add requests in the NOTES field of the submission form to indicate your preference RE: dates/times/etc.

All images, videos and reports are loaded into your [Observr] account, sorted chronologically with social media posts to provide a comprehensive timeline of activity from your claimant.

Contact Trace (Address/Phone)

We query public records sources, cross checking between multiple sources to locate a current address and phone number for someone who has not provided current contact information. This report is useful for adjusters or counsel who has an out of date address/phone number and needs to know how to get in touch with their claimant/plaintiff.

CARFAX Report

We can run a CARFAX report on your behalf on a VIN number you provide, or we can add a license plate trace to locate a VIN and create a CARFAX report from there.

Criminal Records Search

We query the Unified Records System to pull comprehensive criminal history reports nationwide.

Locate License Plate

Using a database of license plates with location and time stamps generated by tow trucks in urban areas, we will provide a “last seen” date/time/history for a license plate on a vehicle of interest. This timeline can be used as a pretext for physical surveillance.

License Plate / VIN Trace

Have a car crash claim where one or more parties is unknown? We can trace the license plate or VIN from the accident report to develop the home address and contact information for all vehicle owners in an accident.

Assets Search

Curious about property ownership? We use public records to locate vehicle and real estate assets tied to a person or company. All we need is a name and address (or SSN or EIN) to get started, and results are delivered by PDF.

Bank Account Search

Take a dive through bank records to determine balances for subro to determine level of effort for recovery.

Advanced Assets Search

Learn all financial aspects including portfolios, bank records, property records and business ownership.

Employment Search

We provide a complete work history for the claimant from formal employment sources that indicates date of hire, termination, and earnings from each employer. Wages are broken out into salary, bonus, reported tips and other sources of income from each position.

Social Media — Profile Links Only

We provide verified links to social media profiles for the subject so your team can assess whether or not a full social media report is warranted. These orders can be converted to a full search with just an email note to our team. Skip the maybe matches from automated systems, this low cost option only provides profiles that are verified by our team of expert investigators.
